Job Summary: We are a start-up company and seeking a highly organized and driven Marketing and Office Administration female person to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of marketing strategies, as well as overseeing day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and be comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and event planning
- Graphic designing, infographics, web-designing, presentations, and content writing
- Write and edit marketing materials, such as blog posts, newsletters, and press releases
- Coordinate with external vendors, such as graphic designers and printers, to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials
- Manage the CRM with Leads, Accounts and Sales pipelines
- Manage the company's website and social media accounts
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, including answering phones, managing mail, and ordering supplies
- Prepare document related with the Education Department
- Data Entry and drafting work for preparing notes, worksheets and Test papers.
- Prepare price quotations, Delivery Challans, Proforma Invoice and Invoices
- Manage the day-to-day ledger and accounts entries, prepare basic monthly GST reports, etc.
- Schedule appointments and meetings and coordinate travel arrangements
- Assist with human resources tasks, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records
- Prepare reports and presentations for management as needed
Qualifications:
- Preferred - Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing and/or office administration
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Experience with social media management and email marketing platforms
- Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
