Senior Sales Representative

Responsibilities :

• Handle entire sales cycle
• Handle client from pre and post booking stage and arranging site visit
• Attending walk-in and brief clients about the project and its features.
• Follow up for booking and closing the deal with the client.
• Experience of CRM
• Handle client queries and ensure timely reply.
• Checking of documents post booking.
• Assisting the client with banking formalities for their loan.
• Completion of booking formalities post closure.
• Follow up for payments and outstanding dues.
• Preparing Reports

Skills:

• Past experience of real estate industry knowing the entire flow of sales.
• Knowledge of GST.
• Well versed with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficient in English, Hindi and Marathi
• Good Communication skills via Email / Telephone
• Should have stability and not change jobs frequently.
