Key Responsibilities:
- MS Office Suite: Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for documentation, report generation, and data analysis.
- Gmail & Google Applications: Handle email communications, manage calendars, and organize Google Drive files effectively.
- Tally ERP.9 / Tally Prime: Manage accounts, handle invoices, prepare financial statements, and perform routine accounting tasks using Tally software.
- Administrative Support: Assist in day-to-day office operations including filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
- Communication Skills: Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors via email, phone, and in-person.
- Other Software: Ability to quickly learn and adapt to other office applications as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
- MS-CIT Certification (mandatory)
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Applications
- Experience in Tally ERP.9 or Tally Prime (mandatory)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
