Senior Team Leader (high-level Business Development)

Senior Team Leader संस्था के फील्ड ऑपरेशन्स और बिज़नेस डेवलपमेंट को लीड करेगा। इस रोल में बड़े लेवल पर टीम मैनेजमेंट, हाई-वैल्यू इन्वेस्टर्स से समन्वय, स्ट्रैटेजी बनाना और टारगेट अचीव करवाना शामिल होगा।

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Leadership & Team Management:

Multiple teams (Field Executives & Team Leaders) को मैनेज करना

Team Leaders को guide, train और monitor करना

Monthly & quarterly targets plan करना और achieve करवाना

✅ High-Value Outreach & Coordination:

High-net-worth investors / partners से direct coordination

Major meetings, presentations और discussions lead करना

Relationship building और long-term association develop करना

✅ Business Development & Strategy:

Organization expansion के लिए strategy बनाना

New outreach models और growth plans implement करना

Market feedback के आधार पर improvement suggestions देना

✅ Monitoring & Reporting:

Performance review और MIS reports तैयार करना

Management को regular updates देना

Compliance और discipline maintain करवाना

🎓 Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum Graduation preferred

1–5 साल का team handling / field leadership experience

Strong communication & negotiation skills

Leadership, planning और decision-making ability
