Responsibilities:
• To develop client base through various platforms like social media , cold calling , website enquiries
• Converting inquiries into active discussion to generate sales
• Handling negotiation on pricing and other factors which results in expansion of profit margin
• To meet the requirements of clients by getting the required product production and delivering in discussed time frame
• To maintain healthy relationships with clients by taking feedbacks frequently that will help to identify gaps to enhance
• To remain updated with latest market trends , best practices and other changes in the industry
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
• Setting individual sales targets with the sales team
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
