Field Collection Executive

Collection Executive – Microfinance

Job Summary:
The Collection Executive is responsible for ensuring timely collection of loan repayments from customers, maintaining strong customer relationships, and reducing overdue accounts in the assigned area.

Key Responsibilities:

Follow up with customers for timely repayment of microfinance loans.

Visit customers in the field to collect overdue payments.

Maintain proper collection records and reports.

Identify delinquent accounts and take necessary recovery actions.

Build and maintain good relationships with customers to ensure repayment discipline.

Coordinate with Branch Manager and credit team regarding collection status.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines during collection.

Submit daily collection reports to the branch.

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum Plus Two / Graduation.

Experience in microfinance / banking collections preferred.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Willingness to travel within assigned area for field collections.

Basic knowledge of loan recovery procedures.
