Core Responsibilities
- Access Control: Verifying the identity of employees, contractors, and visitors. You will manage entry/exit logs for both people and vehicles (trucks, delivery vans).
- Asset Protection: Monitoring the movement of raw materials and finished goods. You ensure that no equipment or material leaves the premises without a valid "Gate Pass" or authorization.
- Surveillance: Monitoring CCTV feeds across the factory floor, warehouses, and perimeter fences to spot suspicious activity or safety violations.
- Patrolling: Conducting regular foot or vehicle patrols to check for unlocked doors, fire hazards, or unauthorized personnel in restricted zones.
- Safety Enforcement: Ensuring all workers wear proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) like helmets, gloves, or safety shoes before entering the floor.

Leading evacuations, using fire extinguishers if safe, and guiding fire trucks to the site.

Providing basic First Aid/CPR and coordinating with ambulance services.

Theft/Vandalism
Detaining suspects (if authorized) and writing detailed incident reports for management.
