Relationship Manager

Relationship Manager:

• Education: Graduation or Engineering in any stream. Post-Graduate or MBA freshers may also apply.
• Qualifying Marks: Minimum 60% in 10th and Graduation.
• Age Limit: Below 25 years (as on the date of application).
• Role & Location Fungibility: Must be open to relocation and willing to take up a sales role.
• Experience: Less than 1 year.

Program Duration: 2 months of classroom training.

Salary Details:

• Stipend During the Programme: Rs. 18,000 per month.
• Starting Salary (CTC): Rs. 4.50 Lakh to Rs. 5.00 Lakh (based on location).

Selection Process:

• Step 1: Online Aptitude Test – Includes five sections: Verbal, Quantitative, Logical Ability, General Awareness, and Video-Based Questions.
• Step 2: Face-to-Face Interview – Candidates who clear the aptitude test will be invited for an in-person interview. Details will be sent to their registered email ID.
