• •    Client/Account Coordination: Partner with hiring managers or VMS/MSP partners to understand

• •    Tools: Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) (e.g., JobDiva) and Boolean search strings.
• •    Shift Timing: Flexibility to work in US time zones (EST/CST/PST).
• •    Attributes: Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
