Job Summary
We are looking for a result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive (US IT Staffing) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT requirements from US-based clients. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring high-quality technical talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience. This role requires working in US time zones (night shifts in India).
Key Responsibilities
• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle—sourcing, screening, interviewing, and submitting candidates for IT roles.
• Candidate Sourcing: Utilize Job Portals (Dice, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn), social media, and internal databases to identify qualified IT professionals.
• Technical Screening: Evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and suitability for various roles (e.g., Java, Python, DevOps).
• US Tax/Visa Knowledge: Screen candidates based on work authorization (US Citizens, Green Cards, H1B, OPT, CPT) and work with tax terms like W2, Corp-to-Corp (C2C), and 1099.
• Client/Account Coordination: Partner with hiring managers or VMS/MSP partners to understand requirements and provide regular updates.
• Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate salaries, rates, and offer terms with candidates.
• Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all documentation (submittals, background checks, on boarding) is completed according to company and client policies.
Qualifications & Skills Required
• Experience: 1–5 years of experience in US IT Staffing. ( ** Fresher with an excellent communication skills and eagerness to learn and work in US Staffing can also apply)
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of IT concepts and latest technical trends.
• Communication: Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Tools: Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) (e.g., JobDiva) and Boolean search strings.
• Shift Timing: Flexibility to work in US time zones (EST/CST/PST).
• Attributes: Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
