Main Job Role of Back Office Executive
1️⃣ Data Management
Enter and update data in computer systems or software
Maintain records of customers, transactions, and documents
Prepare reports in Excel / MIS reports
2️⃣ Documentation Work
Verify customer documents (KYC, ID proof, address proof)
Maintain files and digital records
Scan, print, and organize documents
3️⃣ Operational Support
Support front office or sales team with required information
Process applications (loan forms, account opening forms, etc.)
Coordinate with different departments
4️⃣ Email & Communication
Send official emails to clients or internal teams
Follow up for pending documents or approvals
5️⃣ Record Keeping
Maintain daily work reports
Update database regularly
Track pending cases or files
