Back Office Staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and customers.
• Present and promote products/services to prospects.
• Respond to inquiries and provide information on products/services.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and feedback.
• Schedule appointments and follow up with leads.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet targets and improve performance.
• Handle objections and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Provide feedback on customer trends and preferences.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are a plus.
• Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar sales role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
