Job Description: SAP CCV2 Admin

Job Description/Posting: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled ecommerce Systems Administrator to join our ecommerce team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in monitoring the performance and security of our ecommerce system, supporting and maintaining our VPN, and resolving performance and security-related issues. Our ecommerce platform is Commerce Cloud from SAP.

Key Responsibilities:

·         System Configuration: Configure and maintain the SAP CCV2 system to meet the specific needs of the business, including setting up product catalogs, pricing, and tax information.

·         User Support: Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, including resolving issues related to the SAP CCV2 system, hardware, and peripherals.

·         Data Management: Manage and update product information, inventory data, and customer profiles in the system.

·         System Monitoring: Monitor system performance, ensuring high availability and response times. Take proactive measures to address potential issues.

·         Security: Implement and maintain security measures to protect sensitive customer and transaction data. This includes user access control and data encryption.

·         Software Updates: Keep the SAP CCV2 system up-to-date by applying patches, updates, and new releases to ensure optimal functionality.

·         Integration: Collaborate with IT teams to integrate SAP CCV2 with other relevant systems, such as ERP and CRM, to streamline business processes.

·         Reporting: Ability to analyze access and server log files for troubleshooting and customer support

·         Onboarding: Assist with customer onboarding by troubling shooting connectivity issues

·         Training: Train end-users on how to use the SAP CCV2 system effectively and provide ongoing support and guidance.

·         Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, user guides, and troubleshooting procedures.

Qualifications and Skills:

·         Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

·         Experience in SAP CCV2 or other POS systems is a plus.

·         Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·         Proficiency in SAP CCV2 system configuration and administration.

·         Knowledge of retail industry best practices and regulations.

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·         Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·         Understanding of data security and compliance with data protection regulations.

·         Understanding of HTTP Agents, how to use page re-writes and transforms using CDN services like Cloudflare

·         Familiarity with database management and SQL is a plus.

·         Certification in SAP CCV2 or related fields may be advantageous
