We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the role of Management Trainee- Project Operations at Sambhav Foundation. This position is pivotal in guiding and counselling candidates for our extensive training programs. The core responsibility of the candidate would be a combination of a strong subject matter expertise in addition to inclination towards sales.
Position Overview:
Job Title: Management Trainee- Project Operations
Location: Hyderabad, Pune, Bangalore
Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one and group counselling sessions to assess candidates' interests, skills, and career aspirations
- Encourages and assists candidates in taking up a relevant course for their upskilling and further career progression
- Manage relationships with candidates, providing continuous support and motivation
- Monitor the progress of candidates and provide ongoing feedback and development plans
- To begin baseline research of selected communities, and continue to monitor social change and new social information relevant to community empowerment
- Maintain and develop good relationships with prospects through personal contact via telephone & meetings etc
- Establish and maintain a strong working relationship with the key contacts within the community, local environmental advisory boards, business advisory boards
- Document all calls, meetings and other discussions as required
- Track and report on enrolment outcomes and success rates
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Must possess a 2 wheeler
- Must be willing to work on the field
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be fluent in English and Hindi & regional language
- Must be a graduate
- Must be outgoing, energetic and able to work with the public
- Must have superb diplomatic and persuasive communication, social and interpersonal skills
- Must have excellent leadership and managerial skills
- Must be detailed oriented and well groomed
- Ability to conduct appropriate due diligence, negotiations
