Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of Immigration counsellors, providing guidance, training, and motivation to achieve individual and team targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the customer base.
Set sales goals and objectives for the team, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback and coaching to improve results.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies accordingly.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, identify their needs, and ensure their satisfaction with products or services.
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with product offerings and promotional campaigns.
Monitor and analyze sales data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management, providing insights and recommendations for business growth.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Continuously develop sales skills and knowledge through training programs, workshops, and self-learning.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a immigration counselor or in a similar sales leadership role.
Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
In-depth knowledge of sales techniques, strategies, and best practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify sales opportunities and overcome challenges.
Effective communication and negotiation skills to build relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools to track sales activities and performance.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proactive and results-oriented mindset with a strong drive for success.
