We are hiring for Sales Associates and Customer Support Associates across various processes.

1. Sales Profiles

Responsibilities:

• Sell financial products/services to pre-qualified leads (no cold calling).
• Explain product features, services, and benefits to customers.
• Achieve daily/weekly sales targets to maximize incentives.
• Build and maintain customer relationships for cross-selling and renewals.

2. Customer Service Profiles
Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide support.
• Resolve product-related issues and assist with claims or policy changes.
• Document interactions and escalate complex cases to appropriate departments.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups.

Job Details:

• Location: Delhi,Gurgaon,Noida
• Shift: Day Shift/Rotational Shift | 6 days a week (1 rotational off)
• Compensation: ₹19,000 - ₹45,000 (CTC) + Incentives
• Benefits: PF, ESIC, Group Insurance, Gratuity, and performance-based incentives

Eligibility Criteria:

• Under Graduates, Graduates, Post-Graduates, or MBA with 0-3 years of experience.
• Strong communication, selling, and problem-solving skills.
• Confident, energetic, and presentable individuals.
