We are looking for Customer Care Executive role in Gandhinagar, Gujarat.

Job Description;

• Domestic Process

• Inbound/Outbound Process

• Process on Calling

• Resolving customer queries through phone calls

• Age Limit: 18 to 30 years

Shift Timings

• Shift for Male Candidates:​      ​04:00 PM To 01:00 AM

02:00 PM To 11:00 PM

                              ​​​01:00 PM To 10:00 PM

                               ​​​03:00 PM To 12:00 AM

• Shift for Female Candidates:​​07:00 AM To 04:00 PM

                             ​​​08:00 AM To 05:00 PM

                             ​​​09:00 AM To 06:00 PM

​​​​​10:00 AM To 07:00 PM

• Monthly Rotational (Any 9 Hours shift)

Qualifications and Skills

• Graduation Mandatory

• Must be able to Speak in Hindi and basic English

Working days

• Working days: 6 days in a week

• Weekly off: 1 day (Rotational) and not necessarily (Saturday / Sunday)
