Customer Engagement: Engage with prospects in a friendly and persuasive manner, building rapport to understand their needs and preferences.
Sales Pitch: Deliver compelling sales pitches to encourage prospects to choose our matrimony services.
Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through effective telesales strategies.
Follow-up: Conduct timely follow-ups with potential clients to nurture leads and facilitate the conversion process.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and transactions in the CRM system.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members and share insights to enhance overall team performance.

Qualifications:

Good Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate product features and benefits effectively.

Previous Sales Experience: Proven track record in telesales or related sales roles, preferably in the matrimony or matchmaking industry.
