Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong desire to contribute to the growth of Cipzer Herbal. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers, providing information about our products, and generating leads to support our sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce Cipzer Herbal products and services.
• Handle inbound calls and inquiries from existing customers, addressing their questions and providing detailed information about our product offerings.
• Follow up with leads generated from marketing campaigns, providing additional information and closing sales as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers and prospects in the CRM system.
• Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
• Provide feedback on customer responses and product inquiries to help improve marketing strategies and product offerings.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to support overall company objectives.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and confident speaking voice.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other computer applications.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
