Bajaj Finserv Limited is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Tele Callers (FTC) for the Salaried Personal Loan Department.

🔹 Eligibility Criteria

✔ Minimum 6 months’ experience in Personal Loan / Tele Sales
✔ Age: 21 to 30 years
✔ Qualification: Graduate (any stream)
✔ Strong communication and customer-handling skills

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Contact prospective customers and promote salaried personal loan products
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable loan solutions
• Generate and convert leads into successful disbursements
• Achieve assigned sales targets while maintaining service quality
