Cipzer Herbals is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our growing team!
Responsibilities:
Generate new leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Identify and understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Achieve and exceed individual sales targets.
Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
Collaborate with marketing and other departments to develop and execute sales strategies.
Travel to client locations as required.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in field sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
