Job description

Data entry of employee and employment related data in excel and software from source documents within time limits.
Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry.
Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities and check output.
Prepare complicated reports In Excel and Word.
Having prior experience in payroll or working on financial data is mandatory.
Required Candidate profile
The average typing speed must be between 45 to 65 words per minute.
Experience with MS Office and data programs
Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation.
Attention to details.
Experience in Advance Excel, Macros and Mail merge will be preferred.
