Job Title: Field Sales Executive
Job Type: Full-Time | Field-Based
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively generate leads and promote company products/services directly to customers in the field.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance sales and service quality.
- Visit customers at their homes, businesses, or other locations to present product features and benefits.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as per company expectations.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and daily field reports.
- Identify new sales opportunities and expand market presence.
- Collect customer feedback and report market trends to the management.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for improved outreach.
Qualification:
- Any Degree or Diploma (in any discipline).
Experience:
- Minimum of 6 months of strong field sales experience.
- Freshers with good communication skills and interest in field sales may also apply.
Age Limit:
- Maximum age limit of 35 years.
Requirements:
- Smartphone & Personal Bike are compulsory for field visits.
- Candidate should be a self-starter with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to work in field-intensive roles.
- Preferred immediate joiners.
Salary & Incentives:
- Maximum CTC : ₹4,00,000 Per Annum.
