Responsibilities
- Contribute to projects and activities as appropriate for the team e.g., project co-ordination, research, presentation and communication support and day-to-day operational activities
- To generate new customer leads through various channels (Tender portals).
- Proactively identify sales prospects and conduct business development activities.
- Follow up on new leads and referrals to generate business.
- Tendering and Estimation for BOP, tender Documentation Bid Submission to Customer inputs.
- Preparation of Price Schedule (SoW), Project Schedule and Project Specification.
- Recognize and understand the client's needs and prepare detailed techno commercial
- Document to support the bid.
- Planning and budgeting of purchase functions, involving cost estimation, contract negotiations
- Reviewing tender documents, scope of works, checking the feasibility for qualification, financial criteria, preparing presentations, risk matrix, information’s to top management to get approval for bidding.
- To coordinate, prepare and compile bid submission documents in relation to rendering/bidding activities, tender questionnaires, and pre-qualifications
- To collate tender information and references from various sources such as online search engines, industry, and market intelligence data etc., which are needed for submission
- To monitor and ensure that tender submission due dates are strictly adhered to, including the checking, binding, packing and preparation of outgoing submissions.
- To ensure that tender submissions are standardized in terms of format, font, logo, etc. and in line with customer’s tender requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work autonomously.
- Ability to work at pace with attention to detail and minimal supervision.
- Experience in planning and managing a diverse set of activities and working to tight deadlines.
- Good organisational skills and time management, including an ability to be self-starting and to work effectively.
- Support high-level planning towards the delivery of business and technical requirements in partnership with business users and application development
- Must pay attention to detail and is always highly organised
- Must communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels
- Must be highly motivated and have experience in multitasking on a daily basis. Quickly understand the essentials of a problem and helps find the solution.
- Must be adaptable and able to prioritise ever-changing workloads
- Collaborate with technical staff to translate business requirements to the level of detail and establish the technical vision and analyse trade-offs between usability and performance needs.
- The creation and maintenance of technical documentation under the direction of subject experts.
- The documentation includes Design Specifications, Requirements Specifications Procedures, and other key quality management deliverables.
