Role:Agency Development Manager 

Responsbilites: 

To Recruit Team members

To give training regarding the knowledge Insurance schemes etc..

To motivate them to achieve sales targets

To maintain and submit sales report weekly,monthly,yearly.

Qualification : Any Graduate

Experience: Minimum 1.6 yrs experience in Field Sales

2 to 6 yrs of experience from any background. 

Salary : 3 l p.a to 6 l p.a

Location: Chennai  Bangalore Hyderabad
