Job Title: Interior Site Supervisor

Job Summary:
The Interior Site Supervisor will be responsible for supervising interior works at site, coordinating with the modular factory, and managing site material requirements including procurement coordination to ensure timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day interior work activities at site.
• Coordinate with modular factory for production and delivery schedules.
• Identify site material requirements and raise procurement requests.
• Monitor material usage and avoid wastage.
• Coordinate with vendors and purchase team for timely material supply.
• Ensure work quality as per drawings and specifications.
• Maintain site progress reports and material records.
• Coordinate with designers, project managers, and subcontractors.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness at site.

Requirements:

• Diploma / ITI / Degree in Interior, Civil, or related field.
• Experience in interior fit-out or modular furniture projects.
• Knowledge of site measurements and drawings.
• Basic knowledge of materials and procurement process.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
