Civil Site Engineer

Job Title: Civil Site Engineer (3-Month Project Basis)
Location: Bhiwandi, Mumbai

Responsibilities:

    1.    Oversee and manage civil construction projects in Bhiwandi, Mumbai.
    2.    Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints.
    3.    Coordinate with project stakeholders, including architects, contractors, and subcontractors.
    4.    Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and propose solutions.
    5.    Prepare project reports, progress updates, and documentation as required.
    6.    Supervise construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and guidelines.
    7.    Collaborate with the design team to interpret blueprints and ensure accurate implementation.
    8.    Coordinate material procurement, inventory management, and logistics for the project.
    9.    Resolve any on-site disputes or conflicts to maintain a harmonious work environment.
    10.    Implement sustainable and cost-effective construction practices.

Requirements:

    1.    Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
    2.    Previous experience in civil engineering and construction projects is required.
    3.    Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and project management.
    4.    Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for project monitoring and reporting.
    5.    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    6.    Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a dynamic project environment.
    7.    Understanding of safety regulations and practices in construction.
