About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Telecaller to join our Personal Loan department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating and converting personal loan leads through outbound calling, while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from CRM/database-generated leads to pitch personal loan products
Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, processing fees, and required documentation
Qualify leads based on income profile, credit score, and eligibility norms

Compensation
Fixed Salary: ?18,000 per month
Incentives: Up to ?80,000 per month (performance-based, linked to lead conversion and disbursement targets)
Total earning potential: Competitive, based on individual performance
