Job Title: Telecaller Executive - Debt Recovery
Job Description:
As a Telecaller Executive in Debt Recovery within a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO)
environment, you will be responsible for communicating with individuals to recover
outstanding debts. Your primary objective will be to negotiate payment arrangements,
facilitate settlements, and ensure the timely collection of overdue payments while
maintaining positive relationships with debtors.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact debtors via telephone to discuss overdue accounts and negotiate
payment plans or settlements.
Utilize effective communication and negotiation skills to persuade debtors to
fulfil their financial obligations.
Maintain accurate records of all communication and transactions with debtors.
Follow company policies and procedures as well as legal requirements governing
debt collection practices.
Provide professional and courteous assistance to debtors, addressing any queries
or concerns they may have regarding their debts.
Collaborate with internal departments, such as legal and finance, to resolve
complex cases or escalate issues when necessary.
Meet or exceed assigned targets for debt recovery and collections.
Adhere to compliance regulations and guidelines to ensure ethical and lawful
debt collection practices.
Continuously update knowledge of debt recovery laws, regulations, and industry
best practices.
Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and improve
performance in debt recovery.
