Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team, focusing on selling
our online courses to students. The Sales Executive will play a crucial role in reaching out to
potential students, understanding their educational needs, and guiding them towards enrolling
in our high-quality online courses. The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal
skills, a passion for education, and a proven ability to meet sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Student Outreach and Engagement:
● Identify and target prospective students through various channels, including
social media, email campaigns, and online forums.
● Initiate and maintain meaningful conversations with potential students to
understand their learning goals and needs.

Product Knowledge:
● Develop a deep understanding of our online courses, curriculum, and the value
they provide to students.
● Clearly and persuasively communicate the benefits of our courses to potential
students.
●
Consultative Selling:
● Engage in consultative selling by asking probing questions and listening
attentively to prospective students' concerns and objectives.
● Tailor course recommendations based on individual student requirements.
●
Sales Presentations:
● Conduct informative and engaging online presentations to highlight the features,
benefits, and outcomes of our online courses.
● Address questions, objections, and doubts effectively to encourage enrollment.
●
Relationship Building:
● Build and nurture strong relationships with potential students, establishing trust
and rapport.
● Maintain regular follow-ups to keep potential students engaged throughout the
decision-making process.Sales Quotas and Targets:
● Work towards achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
● Consistently strive to meet or surpass individual and team sales targets.

Market Insights:
● Stay updated on industry trends, educational technology advancements, and
competitors' offerings.
● Provide feedback to improve course offerings based on student feedback and
market demands.
●
Collaboration:
● Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure the alignment of sales
efforts with promotional activities and course launches.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree.
● Looking for Freshers.
● Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
● Empathetic and consultative approach to selling.
● Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate online platforms and tools effectively.
● Goal-driven and motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets.
● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Additional Information:
