As we scale, we’re seeking an HR Manager who can help us build a strong, agile, and people-first culture.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Strategy & Operations: Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with company goals. Own end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll coordination, and compliance.
Talent Acquisition: Manage the full recruitment cycle—job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding—ensuring we attract top talent.
Employee Engagement & Culture: Foster a positive work environment by designing employee engagement programs, team-building activities, and a feedback-driven culture.
Compliance & Policies: Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies. Maintain and update employee handbooks and contracts in collaboration with legal counsel.
Performance & Development: Implement performance evaluation systems, career development plans, and training programs to nurture growth within the team.
HR Tech & Analytics: Leverage HR tools to streamline processes and generate reports on workforce metrics for strategic decisions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred)
5+ years of HR experience, preferably in startups or tech-enabled environments.
Deep knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices in India.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Hands-on experience with HR software/tools (e.g., Zoho People, Keka, Darwinbox).
