• Team Leader
• Manage and guide the collections team to achieve monthly targets.
• Monitor team performance and productivity.
• Coordinate with bank officials and management for recovery activities.
• Ensure compliance with collection and recovery guidelines.
• Prepare daily and monthly performance reports.

• Handle overdue loan accounts and follow up with customers for payment recovery.
• Conduct field visits and customer meetings.
• Negotiate settlements and collect payments.
• Update collection status and customer feedback in the system.
• Achieve assigned recovery targets.
• Telecaller
• Contact customers regarding overdue payments.
• Follow up on payment commitments (PTPs).
• Explain dues, settlement offers, and payment options.
• Maintain call records and update customer responses.
• Support the collection team in achieving recovery targets.

Requirements & Details

Minimum 1 year of

Experience

• in collections, recovery, or telecalling.
• DRA Certified candidates preferred.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
• 10th Pass or above.
