Field Collection Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Visits:
• Conduct in-person visits to delinquent customers to discuss overdue accounts.
• Negotiate and arrange payment plans or settlements to recover outstanding debts.
• Provide customers with clear explanations regarding their account status and payment options.
• Collection Activities:
• Monitor and follow up on payment commitments made by customers.
• Utilize effective communication and negotiation skills to encourage timely payments.
• Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
• Adhere to ethical collection practices and treat customers with respect and professionalism.
• Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations governing debt collection practices.
• Reporting:
• Prepare and submit regular reports on collection activities, account statuses, and collection performance.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to the Collections Manager to improve collection strategies and processes.
• Customer Service:
• Address customer inquiries and concerns regarding their accounts in a timely and professional manner.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to facilitate successful debt recovery.
• Team Collaboration:
• Collaborate with internal teams, including customer service, sales, and finance, to resolve customer issues and enhance the overall collections process.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to share insights, best practices, and strategies for improving collection performance.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to travel to customer locations as needed.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
