Data Science Associate:

Applicants need a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, AI, Data Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering or a related field. Experience of 0-2 years in AI/ML, data science, software engineering or analytics is expected, so final-year grads with solid project work can also try. On the skills side, Python, SQL, prompt engineering and API knowledge are must-haves, and you should be ready to explain your own contribution to an AI project and how it was tested.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, AI, Data Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering or a related field
• 0-2 years of hands-on work in AI/ML, data science, Generative AI, software engineering, analytics or related fields
• Must-have skills: Python, SQL, Generative AI fundamentals, prompt engineering and APIs
• Programming and APIs: Python, SQL, JSON, REST APIs and sound software engineering practices
• Basic understanding of RAG and AI assistants; exposure to Azure and/or AWS cloud services
• Good to have: LangChain/LangGraph, agentic AI concepts, scikit-learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch, vector databases, embeddings, Git, Docker, CI/CD
• Strong communication, analytical thinking and collaborative problem-solving skills
• Able to demonstrate hands-on contributions to AI solutions and explain the business problem, contribution and testing approach

• Support development of LLM-powered applications using prompts, APIs and established frameworks
• Contribute to RAG solutions by preparing, organizing and validating knowledge sources
• Assist in building and testing conversational AI applications and agent workflows under senior guidance
• Perform functional testing and validation of AI application outputs using defined test cases
• Analyze responses, identify improvement areas and document findings
• Work with Azure and/or AWS AI services under supervision
• Support environment configuration, application testing and monitoring activities
• Learn and apply enterprise security and access management standards
• Develop Python-based components and integrations with APIs and enterprise systems
• Use Git and standard development practices for source code management
• Create technical documentation and support testing, troubleshooting and deployment activities
