Job Description:

CMS Info Systems Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated and responsible ATM Custodian to join our team. The ATM Custodian will be responsible for the maintenance and servicing of Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) to ensure they are operational and meet quality standards. This role requires a keen eye for detail, technical proficiency, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

ATM Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and preventive checks on ATMs to ensure they are in optimal working condition.

Cash Replenishment: Monitor ATM cash levels and schedule cash replenishment as needed to ensure uninterrupted service.

Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues with ATMs promptly to minimize downtime.

Security: Ensure the security of ATMs by following security protocols and procedures.

Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of ATM supplies and equipment inventory.

Documentation: Complete service and maintenance reports accurately and on time.

Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Prior experience in ATM operations or maintenance is a plus.

Technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Strong attention to detail.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
