Responsibilities

1. Handle student & parent inquiries (walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp, etc.)

2. Counsel students about courses, fees, eligibility, and career options

3. Explain institute benefits and help students choose the right program

4. Maintain follow-ups with interested candidates

5. Convert inquiries into confirmed admissions

6. Coordinate with academic and operations team in house and outside.

Requirements & Skills

1. Any 3rd Year Running or Graduates.

2. Excellent communication skills. Any language (Hindi/ English).

3. Ability to convince and close admissions.

4. Min. 6 - Months experience in counselling / calling.
