1. Coordinate with Contract Engineers 2. Assign Complaints to Contract Engineers 3. Look after Networking issues(LAN related) 4. To Handle PC/Printer related complaints 5. To generate daily reports for complaints 6. To look for new purchase estimates 7. To install/uninstall Application Software 8. Email ID Creation for new joiners 9. To handle outlook related complaints. 10. Help in. Quarterly Preventive maintenance for computers and peripherals. 11. To Execute any job assigned by the management. 12. Troubleshooting and WR site maintenance.
