Job Summary: We are looking for a Sales Executive with experience in selling digital agency services to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of sales and lead generation. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

 • Identify potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, email, and social media

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients

• Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and create marketing campaigns

• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in sales and lead generation

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients

• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills

• Excellent time management and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus

• Knowledge of digital marketing services such as SEO, PPC, and social media marketing is a plus

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred

Salary Band:

• INR 12,000/- to INR 20,000/- per month plus incentives based on experience and performance
