Job Description: Votiko is currently hiring Customer Service Representatives to engage in telemarketing, leads generation, appointment setting, surveys, and verification. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct telemarketing activities, including lead generation and appointment setting.
  • Handle both inbound and outbound calls for B2B and B2C clients.

  • Provide exceptional customer support through calls, emails, and live chat.
  • Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed performance targets.

Requirements:
