Job Title: Interior Designer 

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. As an Interior Designer with us, your key responsibilities will encompass a wide range of design and planning tasks, with a focus on creating stunning and functional spaces for our clients. Your expertise in AutoCAD, Vray for 3DS Max, and your knowledge of kitchen, wardrobes, TV-units, and bathroom vanities design will be essential to excel in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **AutoCAD**: Utilize your proficiency in AutoCAD to create accurate and detailed technical drawings, floor plans, elevations, and 3D models to bring design concepts to life.

2. **Vray for 3DS Max**: Apply your expertise in Vray for 3DS Max to produce realistic renderings and visualization of interior spaces, allowing clients to envision the final designs.

3. **Planning and Design**: Plan and design captivating and functional spaces for various residential and commercial projects, with a focus on kitchen, wardrobes, TV-units, and bathroom vanities spaces.

4. **English**: Communicate fluently and effectively in English, both written and verbal, to interact with clients, team members, and other stakeholders professionally.

5. **B.Sc. in Interior Design**: Hold a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field, showcasing your academic background and dedication to the field.

6. **Client Handling**: Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients throughout the design process, understanding their needs, preferences, and budget constraints.

7. **Professional Presentation Skills**: Present design concepts and proposals to clients with confidence and professionalism, conveying your ideas effectively.

8. **Negotiations and Sales**: Participate in negotiations with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure the best solutions and competitive pricing for projects.

9. **Process-Oriented**: Follow a systematic approach to design, ensuring all projects are delivered within established timelines and budgets.

10. **Team Player**: Collaborate effectively with the design team and other stakeholders, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven experience and proficiency in AutoCAD and Vray for 3DS Max.

- Strong knowledge and expertise in planning and designing kitchen, wardrobes, TV-units, and bathroom vanities spaces.

- Bachelor's degree (B.Sc.) in Interior Design or a related field.

- Excellent communication skills in English.

- Ability to handle clients with tact, empathy, and professionalism.

- Exceptional presentation skills, both in-person and through digital media.
