Job Description:

Salary range 20 to 25k

We are looking for an ideal candidate who has excellent creative thinking skills and can create designs based on client conversations. The candidate should be confident in communicating with the client regularly to understand their needs and adjust their approach based on feedback. They should keep themselves updated with the latest interior design trends to provide the best ideas for clients.

Responsibilities:

- Creating detailed interior design plans, including space layouts, furniture selections, and color schemes while adhering to budgetary constraints for material, furniture, and fixture sourcing.
- Meeting with the client to understand their objectives and desires.
- Staying current with industry trends and integrating innovative design ideas into projects.
- Coordinating closely with architects, contractors, and fellow design professionals to ensure a seamless workflow.
- Communicating effectively with clients, vendors, and teams to address clients' needs.
- Preparing presentations (3D, 2D, mock-ups and renderings) for clients.
- Creating quotes for clients and ensuring that the full workflow is followed.
- Maintaining industry knowledge to stay relevant.

Qualifications:

- A Bachelor's degree and 2-6 years of experience in a related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong creative and communication skills.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to execute designs.
