Job Description
· Ability to communicate in English (verbal & written) to discuss subject matter with clients in a clear and professional manner
· Should be able to develop system and process understanding
· Responsible for sharing process updates with ops team.
· Responsible for daily inventory/ transactions management
· Should highlight any gaps / change management in current SOP's
· Must be able to understand principles of insurance, insurance contracting, claims and policy servicing functions
· Must be able to develop process documents such as procedures, workflows, other training documents
