Job DescriptionJob Description

1. Assist with recruitment and on boarding processes
2. Support HR team with administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records and databases
3. Help organize and coordinate training programs and professional development workshops
4. Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and activities
5. Assist with performance management processes, including conducting evaluations and feedback sessions
6. Collaborate with team members on HR projects and initiatives to support company goals
7. Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team
