Location: Samalkha (Panipat)

Qualification: M.B.A

Years of Experience: Minimum 1.5 years +

Salary Package: 2.5 LPA& Negotiable

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 2years of work experience in human resources

  • Proficient in MS office

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related filed

  • Strong communication and interviewer skills

  • Detail-oriented interviewer

  • Great decision-making skills

Job Responsibility:

  • Identifies staffing needs

  • Writes job descriptions for needed positions

  • Constructs and develops a recruitment system for the company

  • Creates a recruitment network on social media and other mediums like Indeed, Naukri.com & other portals.

  • Screens and interviews candidates

  • Presents a shortlist of candidates to management
