Position Overview:

We are looking for fresher’s who are ready to embark on a rewarding career in recruitment. As a Trainee Recruiter, you will be responsible for assisting our experienced recruiters in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for various job openings. This is a night shift position, offering an excellent opportunity for individuals who are comfortable working during night time hours.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through various channels, including online job portals, social media, and referrals.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and suitability for specific job roles.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all parties involved.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment activities in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Communicate effectively with candidates, providing timely updates on their application status and guiding them through the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with team members to meet recruitment targets and contribute to the overall success of the recruitment team.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Excellent command over English language both written and verbal.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates and team members.
• Flexibility to work night shifts (06:15 PM to 5:00 AM IST).
• Good health and the ability to maintain high energy levels during night time hours.
• Previous experience in recruitment or customer service is a plus but not required
