ZedFly Innovations is looking for an female HR Executive with sound knowledge:-

*End to end recruitment process from job description, job post, scrutinizing resume, interviews and onboarding.
*Maintaining performance Management system for the entire team.
*Analysing employee training requirements and imparting the same on a fixed schedule cycle.
*Develop compensation and benefits plans.
*Monitor HR metrics.
*Review departmental budgets.
*Organize learning and development programs
*Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations
*Maintaining leave, attendance and salary slip for the employees.
*Handle Admin and operations for employee facilitation.

Additional skills required:-

*Proven work experience as an HR Professional or similar role.
*Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software (including payroll systems and CRM).
*Excellent communication & leadership skills.

Education Qualification:-
Diploma or Graduation or Post Graduation in HR (Regular Course).

Experience: Minimum 1-3 Year in HR Field

Working Hours: 10am to 7pm

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Work from Office Only)
