Hiring HR Executive for our organization - Bangalore

Designation - HR Exe – Recruitment (Male Candidates preferred)

Location - Bangalore

Exp – 6months - 2yrs

Budget - 2-4Lpa (Based on current Ctc and capability)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Sourcing and Screening profile from job portals and various other sources.
• Recruit and close IT and NON-IT positions. (Accounts Exe, Sales Exe, BDEs, BDMs)
• Scheduling interviews and follow-ups.
• On boarding, Induction, Database Update.
• To Prepare and maintain the recruitment MIS report to present in Management Review Meeting.
• Preparing the offer letter & issuance with other joining formalities.
• Employee grievance handling & explaining the policies & process.
• Travel to other branch offices.

Desired Candidate Profile

•            Ability to speak English fluently.

•            Local Bangalore candidates preferred.

•            Proven experience in hiring positions like Accounts Exes, Sales Exes, Business Development roles, and Sales Managers.

•            Should have experience in Middle East requirements.

•            Create and publish job ads in various portals. (Including social media platforms).

•            Must be computer literate, familiarity with Microsoft excel, word and outlook.

•            Regular MIS reports as and when required.

•            Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)

•            Hands-on experience with various selection processes and job portals
