LOCATION : Thane 

*Process :* Optus - Australian telecom Company (Voice)

*About Process :* Customer Service with related to Semi tech queries with regards to (NBN) National broadband network / (LAD) local area network / (LAR) Local area Resale / (LAT) Local access telephony

*Requirement :* Good Communication skills: Fluency, Grammar & Neutral Accent (B29quality)

*Education :* HSC with minimum 6 months any experience / Graduate Fresher or Experienced

*No BE/CA/MBA/Doctors/B.Sc IT*

*Shift timings :* 9 hours shift between 2:30am to 11am (graveyard shifts)

 

*Transport Boundaries :* Central line: Byculla-Ambernath / Harbour line: Dockyard - Khargar / Western line- Mira road via Ghodhbunder & Bhayander

Locations not covered: Panvel, Sandust road

*Transport Facility* : Home Pick and drop till Thane Station

*Salary Range :* 25,000 for graduate fresher and for HSC / Graduate with experience maximum till 33,000 (Net)

*Incentives Upto 5000*

*Weekly Off :* 2 Rotational off (5 days working)

*Age :* Between 18 years to 45 years
