Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic development team. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge web applications that meet our clients' needs. You will have the opportunity to work on both the front-end and back-end components of our software stack, ensuring seamless integration and exceptional user experiences.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain user-friendly and responsive web interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript & React.js (Experience with Tailwind css is a plus).
2. Implement server-side applications and APIs using Node.js, Express & MongoDB, ensuring efficient performance and scalability.
3. Integrate databases (SQL or NoSQL) with web applications, designing and optimizing data models, and ensuring data integrity and security.
4. Deploy and configure web servers, manage hosting environments, and address server-side scalability and performance considerations.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers, to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.
6. Conduct Debugging to ensure the reliability and stability of the application.
7. Utilize version control systems (e.g., Git) to manage source code and facilitate collaboration with other team members.
8. Stay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices, continuously enhancing skills and knowledge.
9. Manage project timelines, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in an agile development environment.
10. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team culture.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2. 06 Months to 1year of experience as a Full Stack Developer, demonstrating successful delivery of web applications.
3. Strong proficiency in front-end & back-end development.
4. Understanding of software development best practices, including testing methodologies and code quality standards.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
6. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
7. Ability to adapt to changing requirements and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
