SERVICE:

• Maintaining KTS System, Attending Incoming/Outgoing Calls, and Maintaining Messages/records of the unattended Calls for Various Employees and transferring the Same Correctly.
• Guest/Visitor Management at Reception.
• Upkeep an Housekeeping of Reception Area & Meeting Room.

COURIER MANAGEMENT

• Handling all Incoming and Outgoing Documents/Correspondence.
• Maintaining Proper Register for Incoming and Outgoing Courier Documents.
• Checking Of all the Courier and Angadia Bills.

RECORD MAINTENANCE

• Updating of Address Book and Contact List On Computer and register simultaneously
• Maintain Outdoor Duty Register of the Support Staff.
• Maintenance of the attendance registers of the Employees.
• Maintaining MIS For Telephone Bills And Records Ensuring Payments Are Done On Time. Follow Up For Telephone Bills From Various Locations If Not Received. Preparing Necessary MIS for the same.
• Maintain records of all incoming and outgoing cheques in the excel format.

OTHERS

• Coordinating For Tea / Coffee/Snacks Orders for Office.
• Ensure employees put in proper entries in the Attendance register.
• Mention address on the cover/envelope of the Couriers.
