Role Description:-

This is a Full-time On-site Field Service Engineer role located in Singrauli. The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for Installing, Demonstration, testing, Diagnosing and repairing Electronic Appliances and customer electronic devices. The Field Service Engineer will also maintain customer relationships and satisfaction by providing technical support, responding to inquiries, and addressing customer concerns. Moreover, the Field Service Engineer will handle installation and maintenance of electronic products as well as train customers on the use and maintenance of their products.

Qualifications:-

•Bachelor's degree or Associate degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

•Excellent problem-solving skills with proficient knowledge of electronic device repair and maintenance.

•Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner, including reading schematics and using appropriate tools.

•Experience with installation, configuration, and repair of electronic products including home appliances, kitchen appliances, computers, and other consumer electronics.

•Strong communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision.

•Proficiency in relevant software applications and operating systems.

•Strong Ability to Satisfy Customers.

•Valid driver's license.
